Story is based on Chris Gardner's autobiography about his struggle to become rich which makes it more motivational as it is a true story.

The tale is about a single father who had to do parenting alone at a time when he had to prove and innovate his worth in his professional life as well, he was homeless and unemployed. 

Relationship between a father and son was carried out well, hiding in the bathroom scene to protect his kid from the fear of homelessness was heart touching.

Will Smith was amazing as usual.

Many people, especially parents, were able to relate to the main character’s composure and conflict between his parenting demands and need for a career.
